The Dane County Farmers Market is the largest farmers market in Wisconsin. Every Saturday between April 15 through November 11, you can stroll the “Square” around the Wisconsin State Capitol and check out the local produce, bakery goods, flowers, cheeses, and more at the Dane County Farmers Market.
With over 300 vendors, this downtown Madison farmer’s market is the largest producer-only farmers market in the U.S. Visiting the market is free, and some vendors offer free samples. The market’s hours are 6:15 a.m – 1:45 p.m.
