There’s nothing more peaceful than kayaking, canoeing or paddleboarding on one of the many waterways around Madison. If you’re a paddler looking to discover new places to explore, Dane County invites you to one of its Paddle in the Parks events, held three Thursdays (Aug. 3, 17, & 24) from 5 – 8 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 24 from 9 a.m. – noon.
